We make it very easy to give speed skating a try and skaters of all ages and abilities are welcome.
Founded in 1952 by Ed Rudolph, the Northbrook Speed Skating Club has been a nationally respected club for many years. In each Winter Olympics since 1952, the US Speedskating team has included at least one skater from Northbrook. The longevity of the club is a testament to the skilled training our skaters get, as well as to the welcoming family-style experience the club offers.
